With everyone rushing to implement AI and the technology developing so fast, the question on how to deploy AI in a safe way is often overlooked and to some extent still unanswered. In this talk I will explore what we can do to make AI implementation and deployment safe. I will examine aspects like reliability and output quality, risk awareness and mitigation as well as ethical standards, transparency and accountability. I will also show practical approaches to implement Al safely in an enterprise context for quality assurance.

Everything Verena said is exactly what I would give as advice to a young woman! This could have been my own presentation (in terms of content)! Very well and very vividly conveyed.
I think the important things stick immediately:
Be confident, don't let anyone take advantage of you, and show this in your posture, your language, and your entire demeanor.
Be authentic and make sure others see your performance (sooooo important!)
Networking requires being a certain type of person - I could never do that, but I can be patient and persistent and position myself visibly. Eventually, the door will open if you knock loud enough.
I learned all of this by observing men. Such an event makes it easier and, above all, faster and with less "tuition money". Because it did hurt quite a few times until I understood how men's worlds work.
So please repeat this.
And maybe offer it as a coaching for apprentices and new young employees?
And who says that some young men might not also need a few of these tips?
